HOST A NETWORKING EVENT
This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your business and meet other business owners and managers. Past businesses who have hosted events have been pleased to welcome new people through their doors that had never been before, and increase knowledge of their operations throughout the business community.
The options for a networking event include:
These are evening events from 6-8pm which are held either at your business, or at another venue, where you will be the ‘Sponsor’ of the evening.
Approximately 30-40 members of the business community will come to your business, hear from yourself or another representative about the history of the business, etc. and possibly take a tour of the venue.
All catering and drinks will be provided, but we will require some table space and fridge space.
Business Connect events are usually held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, but can be flexible.
These are morning events from 7-8:30pm. Similar to a Business Connect, you or a representative from your business will be required to share some information and history to the business guests who attend. There are generally around 30 guests who attend the breakfast events. Sometimes we will have another guest speaker who has requested to address the group too, often from a not-for-profit business.
Business Breakfasts are usually held on the 3rd Friday of the month, but can be flexible.
